We offer a high service standard thanks to very modern and sophisticated computer and communication facitilies. We work with a
UNIX system on a DELL Server and a PC Network based on 2 separate services with E-Mail/Fax//Intranet/Internet function and a
state of the art Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, etc.)

The total operation, including the rate quotations are covered by our shipping software. Once booked by a forwarder or shipper,
we immediately force the computer to inform all parties concerned (F/F, shipper, portagent and if nec. the Container-Depot) with
all necessary details for a smooth handling of subject shipment.

With our operation system we may carry out all duties, customarly performed by a shipping agent, expecially those enumerated below:

marketing, canvassing and booking

prepare freight tariffs and amendments as required

prepare necessary shipping documents, issue Bill of Ladings and collect freights

maintain booking records and keep the Line informed regarding bookings

perform market analysis and prepare statistical reports

check vouchers and disburse necessary expenses

advice receivers, shippers, consignees and forwarding agents of cargo movements and vessel's schedules

to arrange terminal, inland depot and inland transportation

to coordinate delivery/receipt of inbound/outbound loaded and empty containers

to control/trace container and quipment movements and report their positions, status and conditions as
as per the lines instructions and requirments

to arrange container and equipment lease as well as return of surplus empty containers from/to leasing
company as authorized/instructed by the line

to arrange/supervise container and equipment repairs and amintenance as well as damage surveys as per
instructions and requirments of the line. To receive, process and settle cargo claims as per instructions of the line
